Is it possible to put an existing design on a different product?

We try to add every design to as many things as possible, but as Zazzle bring out new products we occasionally miss a few. If there's a particular design you'd like added to a product that we haven't included, just let us know and we'll set it up for you.

What's a Wishlist?

Adding items to your Wishlist is a great way to keep track of things you want or need! It's super easy to add products either directly to your default list or a specific list using our "Add to Wishlist" button.



You will be able share your public lists if you want to let someone know what you want for that special day coming up!

Can I sell your products in my shop?

You sure can! Buy in bulk and turn the savings into profits by reselling our products in your store.

Can I request a new color/pattern for an existing pet?

We love adding new colors to our ever expanding collection! Just email us at Fran@CartoonizeMyPet.com and tell us which markings you are after and for which pet.

It's much easier for us to work from a photo; so please include one if you can, or to a picture of a similar animal on the internet.

Yes indeedy! Unusual markings are the most fun to draw, so send in your custom color/pattern request to Fran@CartoonizeMyPet.com.

Do products with custom colored pets cost more to buy?

Nope! We love drawing them so we don't charge you any more for a custom colored pet. All you pay is the usual price of any products you buy plus shipping (and tax where applicable.)

Can I request a new pet?

Please do! I'm afraid we won't be able to guarantee when we will be able to get it done, as we have a huge backlog of new pets to draw. But we will add any new pet requests to the to-do list and email you as soon as they're online.

Do you cartoonize cross breeds?

All of the breed names on products can be changed, so if a dog resembling your cross already exists on the site you can just change the breed name on the product page.

If your cross breed looks like a pure breed we've drawn already, but its a different color; just contact us for a custom color request.

Can I use the cartoon pets in my avatar

Certainly! Just be sure to let people know where you got the graphic from when they ask! -_^

Can I use the cartoon pets on my personal website/blog?

All of our pets are covered by a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License

This means you may use our pet graphics for non-commerical purposes, as long as you give www.CartoonizeMyPet.com credit/link. We have some banners you can use for this if you like, or a text link is fine too.

Can I use the cartoon pets in a logo for my business?

No sorry. At this time we are not allowing our images to be used for anything other than non-commerical purposes. All pet images are Copright © Francesca Hause 2012. All rights reserved.

Absolutely not. All pet images are Copright © Francesca Hause 2012. All rights reserved. Using any of the designs from this site to make your own products is copyright infringement (even if you keep them for yourself.) Please respect other peoples work online. Just because something is on the internet does not make it public domain.

Can I order from my own regional site? E.g. .co.uk?

This site links to the .com version of Zazzle. Don't worry though, because all Zazzle products come from the US, even if you buy them from a subdomain like .co.uk or .com.au. To see the price in your own currency I recommend XE currency converter.

If you'd still like to order from your own Zazzle regional site (e.g. if there's a promo you'd like to take advantage of) just add all the products you'd like to your Wishlist. Once you're done, login to the version of Zazzle you'd like to order from (by using the flag buttons below) and navigate to your wishlist. There you'll find all your chosen products and you can easily add them to your cart.

What is the returns policy?

If you're not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Zazzle for a full exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

• Contact Zazzle Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific whether you want a replacement or a refund.

Who draws the pets?

All the pets are lovingly drawn and colored by me, Francesca Hause. I used to work on them with my husband J, but as my drawing confidence has grown I've taken over the whole project... leaving J more time work on his own stores: Loves Me Some and Mwahas!

What's the story behind CartoonizeMyPet?

J and I started on Zazzle with a store called SugarVsSpice. We drew all kinds of things from pets, to cupcakes and monsters. As time went on, we both started concentrating on our own favourites, and CartoonizeMyPet, MwahaMart and Loves Me Some were born!

Having 4 dogs ourselves, I knew only too well the thrill of finding a product with the perfect likeness of a pet on it. There were sites that did breed specific products already, but unless your pet was the most standard of colors you were not very likely to find your exact one. Zazzle's print on demand set up was the perfect answer, allowing me to draw every possible combination!

I've found a mistake/error on the website! What shall I do?

This site has so many links that occasionally mistakes happen. If you stumble across a broken link or any other error, please let me know so I can get it fixed. Thank You! ^_^

How did you make a Zazzle store look like this?!

Using Zazzle's awesome Advanced Store Customization! ^_^

If you're new to customizing your Zazzle store please check out the guide I wrote for my previous store: Guide to setting up a store like mine. CartoonizeMyPet is a bit more complicated, but I learned everything from the Advanced Store Customization Forum and vigorous Google searches.

The other thing I should mention is that most of my store is hosted on my own website. This allows me to use more interesting scripts.

How did you add a blog to your store?

First, I should point out that the blog is hosted on my own website, rather than actually in my Zazzle store. I followed this guide to create my own Wordpress Theme. My hosting is provided by BlueHost, who make it very easy to set up Wordpress.

Can you help me with some coding?

I'm afraid I'm pretty busy adding new pets so I probably won't be very quick to respond to coding requests. For a speedier response I'd recommend asking in the Advanced Store Customization Forum.

How did you get the products to display different colored pets?

I used Zazzle's Template Buffet API. Ater a tutorial? Well look no further!

Can you build my store?

Thanks for your vote of confidence but I'm not actually a professional website designer. I learn it all as I go along and promptly forget it afterwards! In fact, over the course of making the CartoonizeMyPet store I had to follow my own guide on more than one occassion! ^_^
